Who is the data controller

Comments
When you post a comment, I store your name, e-mail address, the comment, your IP address and browser information. The name and the comment are public; the e-mail address is never published. Comments are moderated before they appear, and the IP address and browser information are used to keep spam out.
The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the comment (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, for spam protection, my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is kept for as long as the comment stays on the site or until you ask me to remove it.

If you e-mail me, I use your address and message only to reply and to continue the conversation.
Cookies
pll_languageremembers the language you chose (PL or EN) for one year.comment_author_*remember your name and e-mail in the comment form, only if you tick that option. Valid for one year.
The blog uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across websites.
Hosting
The blog runs on Hostinger servers (UAB Hostinger, Lithuania, European Union). The server and the CDN log IP addresses and request details for security and to run the site. Hostinger processes this data on my behalf.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Just write to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
